This petition was on Board dated 29.08.2024, however, none appeared for the petitioner and same was adjourned for today. Today also when the matter is called out, request is made for an adjournment. Looking to the prayers of the petition, it is seen that this petition is filed against Auction notice dated 07.03.2024, by respondent No.2. The auction is under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

Learned AGP points out that there is appeal provided against such notice under section 17 of the Act.

In view of the above, this Court finds that the petition is not maintainable. The petition is disposed off.
