Inspite of the fact that, the respondent No. 5 is served, none appears for the respondent No. 5. Even the notice of final disposal was issued to the respondent No. 5 on 21.01.2016. The same is also served. The relief is to the extent that, though the amount is settled under the Lok Adalat in the year 2009, the same is not paid.

The learned A. G. P. submits that, the Collector has already intimated to the respondent No. 5/acquiring body to make the payment.

Even after repeated notices, the respondent No. 5 has chosen to remain absent. For more than six years the amount settled by consent of the parties is not paid. The amount is also not much. The respondents shall make the payment of the amount settled in the Lok Adalat to the petitioners within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
