It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that proposal submitted by the petitioners for increase intake capacity from 60 students to 120 students to the course of Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering is pending with respondent No.1. The same is not decided as yet.

In the circumstances, it would be expedient that respondent No.1 decides the proposal, if not already decided, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. Till disposal of the
