This is an appeal against judgment and decree of dismissal of the partition suit in appeal by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Udgir. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that execution of the impugned order of the learned Ad-hoc District Judge1 be stayed. 3.

At this juncture, no decree is against the appellant/applicant. Considering the nature of the suit, this Court is not satisfied that this is a fit case for granting stay. Hence, the civil application stands dismissed.
