Though the applicants have filed application for condonation of delay and prayed for condonation of 66 days delay caused for filing first appeal against the judgment and award dated 02.01.2020 passed in L.A.R. No.274/2012. However, due to pandemic-2019, the functioning of the Courts were remained suspended and the said period treated waiver. Therefore, office has put an endorsement that the appeal is within limitation. Therefore, the present application is hereby disposed of as appeal already been registered.
