The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, appeal is filed by petitioners against the order of the Education Officer and same is pending with the respondent No. 2 since December 2019. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case, appeal is filed by petitioners and same is pending with the respondent No. 2 and if the respondent No. 2 is competent to decide the same, then same shall be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
