By this application, the applicant seeks to fix the Second Appeal for final hearing.

Mr. Tele, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that the issue as regards to the right of the daughter in the ancestral property is involved, which is now settled by various of pronouncements of the Supreme Court of India. He submits that the legal issue is involved and the applicant is more than 73 years of age. The appeal can be taken up for final hearing by fixing early date of hearing. 3.

Considering the submissions advanced, post the matter on final hearing board in a week commencing from 25.09.2023.
