The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Latur, below Exhibit U-2 in Complaint (ULP) No.50 of 2019. The petitioner is challenging his transfer order in the Complaint. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prosecute the complaint before the Industrial Court. 3.

Permission granted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
