We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for respondents/State.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed Writ Petition No. 5893 of 2017 contending that the age of retirement is 65 years. The petitioner is also granted protection not to relieve on completing 60 years of age. The learned counsel submits that now, the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Dhule issued communication to the management to retire the petitioner.

In fact, the petitioner should seek all the reliefs in the pending writ petition as the matter in issue in pending writ petition is of the
