Since applicants are claimants, who have approached this Court for enhancement of amount of compensation towards property acquired by the respondents, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 02.

The application is allowed, subject to condition that the applicants shall file an undertaking in the appeal that in case their appeal is allowed, they shall not claim interest for the delayed period on the enhanced amount.
