ORDER :

The learned counsel for applicant on instruction submits that applicant is released by Sessions Court on bail. Present application was filed on 20.6.2015. It is desirable for APP to collect information as to when and how the applicant came to be released on bail. If the present application was pending in this Court, it was not advisable for the Sessions Court to consider the application filed for bail and if the previous application is rejected by this Court, the Sessions Court was not expected to grant bail.

At present, application is disposed of as infructuous. 3.

The learned APP is advised to take steps in view of the aforesaid circumstances.
