Mr Jadhavar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that after this Court issued notice, the employer granted extension to the service of the petitioner and also released the salary.

In view of that, the apprehension of the petitioner stands redressed. 3.

The Committee is directed to decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner by end of February 2021. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 14th October 2020 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. 5.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
