The petitioner is seeking directions to Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee for decision in appeal pending since the year 2023. The said appeal is filed challenging an order dated 25.07.2022, passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, refusing to issue tribe certificate to the petitioner.

The learned AGP appears for both the respondents and on instructions, makes a statement that Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee would be able to decide the pending appeal within four weeks from today.

In the light of the statement made before this Court, the petition is disposed of.
