The petitioner assails selection process for the post of Peon/Hamal conducted pursuant to the advertisement dated 28.03.2018 by the respondents.

In view of the circular dated 06.01.2010 the matter would be within the realm of the Principal Seat at Bombay. 3.

In light of the above, the matter is transferred to the Principal Seat at Bombay. The Registry shall take immediate steps to transfer the matter.
