DATED : 8TH JULY, 2015 ORDER :- This is an application for bail. The applicants are arrested in connection with Crime No.186/15 registered with Osmanabad police station, Dist.Osmanabad for offences punishable u/s 498-A, 306 r.w. 34 of I.P.C.

2] Heard Shri Undre, learned counsel for applicants and Shri Shinde, learned A.P.P. for respondent State.

3] Popat Suryabhan Bhutekar, father of Supriya lodged First Information Report on 5/6/2015 to the effect that Supriya was married

-2with Premnath on 11/5/2013. In the said marriage, extensive golden ornaments were given to Premnath. According to F.I.R., for first three months, Premnath gave good treatment to Supriya, however, thereafter, he started construction of his house and for that, he sold out golden ornaments given by first informant to his daughter. Thereafter, son-in-law of first informant demanded Rs.two lakh, however, that time, since the first informant was in difficulty, inspite of that he paid Rs.One lakh to Premnath. Thereafter, Supriya got pregnancy. All the expenses were born by first informant. After her delivery, when Supriya had been to her matrimonial house, that time, Premnath demanded Rs.Five lakhs for the purpose of Beer Bar license and repayment of loan.

Since the first informant was unable to fulfill the said demand, she was subjected to cruelty both physically and mentally at the hands of Premnath. The first informant then have a reference that the present applicants who are parents-in-law and married sister-in-law of Supriya also gave ill treatment. The first informant states that due to the ill treatment, on 4/6/2015, Supriaya committed suicide. 4] From the first information report, it is crystal clear that all specific allegations and overt acts are attributable against husband of deceased. Casual reference and allegations are made against present applicants. The applicants are in jail from 5/6/2015 and 7/6/2015.

B] Applicant no.1 Krushnabai W/o Sajjanrao Rankhamb, applicant no.2 Shaila Venkatesh Ghodke and applicant no. 3 Sajjanrao Galappa Rankhamb, be released on bail on they executing P.R. Bond of Rs.5000/- (Rs.Five thousand only) each with one solvent surety in the like amount by each of them in Crime No.186/15 registered with Osmanabad police station, Dist.Osmanabad for offences punishable u/s 498-A, 306 r.w. 34 of I.P.C.
