In Writ Petition No. 7081 of 2025, leave to correct party respondent No.4. Corrections be carried out forthwith. 2.

The petitioners are awaiting the order of the Education Officer (Secondary) on the proposal forwarded by the management for grant of approval to his transfer effected pursuant to Rule 41 and 41A of the M.E.P.S. Rules, 1981.

In the light of consistent view being taken by this Court touching in the Government Resolution dated 29.04.2024 and the circular dated 03.10.2024, the writ petitions are disposed of directing respondent No.4 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed, to take appropriate decision on the proposal forwarded by the management on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks, however, without referring to the Government Resolution dated 29.04.2024 and circular dated 03.10.2024.
