Both sides have filed joint pursis indicating that compromise been arrived at between them whereby claimants accepted a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claim in MACP No. 127/2006.

The report of Registrar (Judicial) indicates that the parties appeared before him and confirmed the signatures/thumb mark on the compromise pursis and the fact about the compromise being entered into voluntarily.

In the facts of the case, this Court finds no reason to reject said compromise. Hence, Appeal stands allowed in terms of compromise. Decree be drawn in terms of compromise. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) ssp 960 FA 3975.2008.odt
