Both sides have filed joint pursis indicating that compromise been arrived at between them whereby claimants accepted a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claim in MACP No. 127/2006.

The report of Registrar (Judicial) indicates that the parties appeared before him and confirmed the signatures/thumb mark on the compromise pursis and the fact about the compromise being entered into voluntarily.
