In both these Applications learned Counsel does not press these Applications at this stage. He seeks permission to withdraw these Applications with liberty to approach this Court again for similar relief in case charge-sheet is filed against any of the Applicants.

Permission is granted to withdraw these Applications with such liberty. If the Applicants approach this Court again for the similar relief then, those Applications shall be decided on its

2 Cr.appln. 2061&2062.2022 own merits in accordance with law. It is expected that investigating agency carried out investigation impartially, there are cases and cross cases about the same incident and there are pleas of alibi mentioned by some of the Applicants.
