The petitioner is seeking execution of the order dated 10.8.2010 passed by the Waqf Tribunal in Waqf Application No.24/2009 and order dated 13.8.2014 in Waqf Application No.33/2013. 2) In view of Section 83(7) of The Waqf Act, 1995, the decision of the Tribunal shall be final and binding upon the parties to the application and it shall have force of a decree made by a Civil Court. Sub-Section (8) of Section 83 provides that the execution of any decision shall be made by the Civil Court to which such decision is sent for execution in
accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. In view of the specific provisions contained in The Waqf Act, no interference is called for in the instant matter.
