PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.4, on instructions, makes a statement that the selection process itself has been completed. However, no suitable candidate has been found.

2) In the petition, the petitioner has sought directions to Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to consider the application of the petitioner for the post of Principal, treating the petitioner as possessing the qualification of Associate Professor and call the petitioner for interview and consider him on merits.

3) In the light of the statement made on behalf of Respondent No.4, and since there is no selection process, the petition stands disposed of.
