The learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent No.4 has already forwarded the proposal submitted by the petitioner for permission to appoint the persons to the respondent No.2. However, no decision has been taken by the respondent no.2 on the said proposal. Considering the above, we pass following order.

O R D E R

The respondent No.2 shall take decision on the said proposal (Exh.E collectively) in case same is pending with it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within FIVE MONTHS. 2.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
