In the order dated 12.08.2025, we have recorded that an interim order of status quo has already been issued by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 553 of 2024. 2.

Insofar as the present petition is concerned, the objections raised by the petitioner in regard to the development plan, are being considered. In fact, the concerned officer, i.e., the Joint Director, Town Planning, Chh. Sambhajinagar has kept the hearing on the objections today, i.e., 02.09.2025 between 02:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. Jhs/ 1/2

One of the prayer clauses in the present petition is that the objections be decided.

In view of the above, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by issuing appropriate direction to the said authority, i.e., respondent No. 3 - The Deputy Director of Town Planning Department.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 - the Deputy Director of Town Planning to decide the objections of the petitioner within two (02) weeks from today.
