PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner states that, proposal filed by the petitioner for opening new courses by the petitioner Institution at Katraj Pune is recommended by the Pune University to the State in July, 2014, however, no decision has been taken by the State in this regard. 2.

Mr. Suryawanshi, learned AGP for the Respondent No.1 states that said if proposal is pending, then respondent No.1 shall decide the same on its own merits.

In light of the above, we pass following order.

O R D E R

In case, the proposal forwarded by the Pune University to the Respondent No.1 of the petitioner (Page 24A) is pending with the respondent No.1, then the Respondent No.1, shall take decision on the same, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within FOUR MONTHS.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
