Considering our order dated 26.06.2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 6459 of 2023, all these petitioners have deposited their outstanding dues with the Municipal Council. The Municipal Council has, therefore, de-sealed the shops of the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 11990 of 2022 and Writ Petition No. 12036 of 2022.

Needless to state, if the outstanding amounts are deposited, the Council would remove the seals of the shops of the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 6459 of 2023 within 48 hours, if not de-sealed. 3.
