This Civil Application is preferred by the applicants to bring on record legal heirs of appellant no.1 Shahu Karbhari Ghule who expired on 24.4.2021. In support of averments in the application, death certificate of appellant no.1 is filed on record. It is evident from the death certificate that appellant no.1 expired on 24.4.2021. The Civil Application is filed on 12.7.2021. It is within limitation. 2.
