The Petitioner has prayed in this petition for directions to the respondents to implement the order dated 14.10.2022 delivered by the District Magistrate, Dhule under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002. 2.

It is said that an order is passed by this Court (Coram: Mangesh S. Patil and S. G. Chapalgaonkar, JJ.) dated 17.01.2023

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to execute the order dated 14.10.2022 passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, by following the due procedure laid down in law and if there is no legal impediment.
