1] These appeals are placed before us in today'

s National Lok Adalat.

2] Mr.A.M.Phule, learned AGP for the appellants - State, Mr.Sunil Vitthalrao Yadav, Sub Divisional Officer, Latur [Revenue] and Mr.P.R.Tandale, learned counsel for the respondent - Zilla Parishad are present.

3] Learned AGP submits that as per the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/ Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and Government Resolution dated 13th August, 2018, the State Government is withdrawing these Appeals.

4] Statement of the learned AGP is accepted.

6] Court fees be refunded as per Rules.
