Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, applicant has furnished new address of the respondent No.2 and the notice was issued to the respondent No.2 on corrected address, but the said notice is returned unserved. Hence, the applicant took search of address of respondent No.2 but could not fnd out correct address. Pooja K.

{2} 923-CA-9930-2022 By this application, applicant is praying to serve respondent No.2 through paper publication in daily newspaper "Deshdoot" at Dahanu.
