Learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent State has handed over cheque for an amount of Rs.2,41,089/- drawn in the name of applicant no.1 dated 27.7.2015 to the petitioner who is present in the Court. Counsel appearing for the petitioner identifies the person as applicant no.1. The applicant no.1 undertakes to hand over the acknowledgment of receipt of the cheque to the official of the Tehsil Office who is present in the Court.
