Issue notice to respondents.

Learned Advocate Mr. A.B. Kale waives service of notice on behalf of all respondents - original claimants in all matters.

Present applications have been filed for getting delay of 1441 days condoned in filing first appeals.

The claimants are strongly objecting the

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 10501 of 2018 & Group applications on the ground that delay of each and every day has not been satisfactorily explained. Whatever reasons have been given are not sufficient and reasonable to condone the delay.

Heard both sides.

Though there is strong objection on behalf of the claimants, taking into consideration the events and steps taken by the applicant have been narrated, for the reasons mentioned in para 03 of the applications, the delay is condoned. Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeals and place them for consideration on 16th January 2020.
