The Petitioner prays for an expeditious decision in the pending validation proceedings with regard to his claim of belonging to Takre Koli - Scheduled Tribe category. His proposal for validation is pending since 06.03.2019.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- [A] The Committee shall conclude the vigilance cell inquiry by 15.10.2022 and

2 wp 7316.2022 deliver a copy of the Report to the Petitioner on or before 04.11.2022.

B] The Petitioner shall appear before the competent Committee on 14.11.2022 at 12:00 noon and submit his written submissions.

C] The Committee shall deliver its verdict on or before 30.12.2022.
