By this application, the petition is sought to be amended to raise additional grounds and prayer clauses. Learned AGP as well Mr. Shriram Deshmukh, appearing for the respondents, though object to the same, considering the petition is at nascent stage and no submissions in reply have as yet been filed, any amendment permitted, can very well be addressed by the respondents. Considering this, civil application No.6326 of 2021 is allowed.
