By order dated 31.08.2018, this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as vre/-

936-CA-7053-2020+.odt permitted by this Court under order dated 29.06.2018 in C.A. No. 1179 of 2018 in Writ Petition No. 278 of 2017 and connected matters on similar terms and conditions. Learned counsel submits that though the amount under award along with interest as granted is deposited before the Court, however, the applicants were permitted to withdraw substantial amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and only 30,000/- per applicant is now lying in this court.

In view of the same, I find no reason to permit the applicants to withdraw the said amount. The Writ Petitions preferred by the respondent are still pending for admission. All the Civil Applications are hereby rejected. ( V. K. JADHAV, J. ) vre/-
