We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Respondent points out the order passed in writ petition no.8548 of 2011 dated 23.10.2012. The said writ petition was filed by the present petitioner. This Court allowed the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy of presenting appeal, challenging the order of termination before the School Tribunal. In the present case also, the petitioner seeks directions to comply the order of the grievance committee. It has been held by the Apex Court that the grievance committee could not have
(2) 11-wp-8667-2016 passed order, but it is only recommendatory in nature and the grievance committee did not have any jurisdiction.

Pursuant to the same, thereafter, the petitioner had filed the aforesaid writ petition bearing no.8548 of 2011.

In view of the order dated 23.10.2012 passed by this Court, infact, the petitioner could not have filed the present petition.

The petitioner may take such steps as per the order dated 23.10.2012 passed in writ petition no.8548 of 2011.

With this observation, writ petition is disposed of.
