While the petitions had been moved against communication refusing approval to appointment of petitioners on the ground that petitioners had not passed Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) and that there is backlog of scheduled tribe. Whereas, under present civil applications, proposals dated 10-08-2020 appear to have been submitted, having regard to that deficiency reported in the qualification of petitioners now no longer subsists, having
2 CA/ 6368 /2020+ passed TET, and referring to that the backlog of scheduled tribe can be taken care of in future and they may be granted approval. 2.
Having regard to aforesaid, writ petitions as well as civil applications can be disposed of directing Education Officer (Secondary), Hingoli to decide on the request under communications dated 10-08-2020, as early as possible, according to law.

Writ petitions as well as civil applications are disposed of accordingly.
