By these two Civil Applications, the Applicant prays for listing Writ Petition No.5182/2012 for final hearing, out of turn. Since this Court is taking up the matters lodged in 1991-1992 onwards on every Thursday for final hearing, this petition cannot be taken for final hearing, out of turn. The litigating sides are at liberty to renew their request after August, 2019.
