The present petition is filed for limited relief of appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners.

The vigilance enquiry, pursuant to additional documents brought on record, is being conducted. Therefore, we direct the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six (06) months from today.
