Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that

CA-6360-2014+ as the decision regarding filing of the appeals was required to be taken at various levels, delay of 925 days has occurred in filing the present appeals. 3.

In my view, sufficient reasons are made out. Delay is therefore condoned. Civil Applications are allowed and disposed of without any order as to costs. 4.

Upon condonation of delay, the appeals be registered as per due procedure of law.

5.

Upon registration of the appeals, the same stand admitted.

6.

Mr. Gunale waives notice for respondent no.1 and the learned A.G.P. waives notice for no.2/State in all matters after admission of the appeals.
