This Petition takes exception to the show-cause notices issued to the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that all the petitioners are above the age of 40 years and they have rendered more than 10 years services. He seeks limited protection that their services

6710.16WP should not be terminated till the conclusion of enquiry.

Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and after perusing the documents placed on record, it appears that the exception is taken to the show-cause notices issued to them. We do not want to interfere in the same, as the petitioners have an opportunity to contest the said show-cause notices by filing reply. In our opinion, this Petition is premature and hence the same stands rejected.
