Heard learned A.G.P. for the applicants/State. None appears for the respondents, though duly served. 2.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the amount could not be deposited as directed earlier at the time of grant of interim stay to the execution of the impugned awards. He, therefore, seeks time to deposit the amount under the impugned awards.

In the circumstances, considering the challenge in the present appeal, stay to the execution of the impugned awards is hereby granted till the decision of

ca11353-2011 the first appeals, in all these applications, on the condition that the applicants now deposit in this Court the entire amount under the impugned awards, together with upto-date interest within a period of twelve weeks in each of these applications, failing which the present applications shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court, with liberty to file similar applications, in case any exigency arises.

The present applications accordingly stand disposed of.
