Heard learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body and learned counsel for respondents-claimants in Civil Application No.8852 of 2019. Perused the applications and other relevant documents produced on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body fairly conceded that as per the directions of this Court under order dated 02.08.2019, the applicant-Acquiring Body has deposited entire decreetal amount before this Court. In such circumstances, there is no impediment to continue stay granted by this Court. 3.

In view of above, execution and operation of the impugned award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon, dated 05.04.2018, is hereby stayed till further orders. 4.
