The petitioner is issued with the revenue recovery certificate which is supposed to be executed by the respondents no. 2 and 3.

This being the only prayer, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents no. 2 and 3 to take immediate steps to initiate the recoveries pursuant to the revenue recovery certificate issued in petitioner's matter and shall recover the amount in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four months from today.
