We have heard Mr. Tungar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for respondent No.5. 3.

The writ petition is at the nascent stage. The respondents would have every opportunity to controvert the avertments sought to be introduced by way of amendment by filing affidavit to the writ petition.
