We permit the petitioner to appear before the Committee. The petitioner's claim for issuance of validity certificate is pending before respondent No.2/committee.

It is brought to our notice that blood relatives of the petitioner i.e. his father and other members are granted validity certificate under the order of this Court.

The claim is pending for consideration since December 2023. That may be so, the petitioner to appear before the Vigilance Committee on 23.06.2025.

The Committee shall consider and decide the claim for issuance of validity certificate having regard to verdict delivered by this Court in the matter of granting validity certificate to the petitioner's father.

Needless to state that the vigilance cell reports which are available with the committee in relation to petitioner shall be considered for adjudicating his claim.
