Heard the learned Advocate for the applicants. The applicants have filed present civil revision application along with application for condonation of delay of 49 days caused in filing the revision application.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicant was unwell for some time and he was taking treatment in the hospital, and delay of 49 days is caused in fling the revision application.

The learned Advocate for the applicants further submits that the

CA 10349-2023 delay is not deliberate and bonafide.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application for condonation of delay is allowed and disposed. Delay of 49 days, caused in filing the revision application, is condoned. 5.
