The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 08.01.2014 whereby registration of his Second Appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also a huge delay for filing this application and in the meantime, the appeal memo and annexures are also destroyed. The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to reconstruct the documents and to remove all the office objections within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 08.01.2014 stands recalled and the appeal alongwith pending Civil Application No.28084/2013, after reconstruction be restored for removal of all the office objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.6,000/- (rupees Six Thousand only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.
