The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, in the aforesaid Judgment, the sentence "The Appellant be released forthwith, if not required in any other offence" is not mentioned in the operative part of the Judgment and the same be added in the operative part of the Judgment. 3.

In the Judgment dated 02.12.2025, after Clause No.III, Clause No.IV be added as "The Appellant be released forthwith, if not required in any other offence".

Correction be carried out accordingly and corrected Judgment be uploaded.
