The present Civil Application is preferred by the applicants to bring on record the legal representatives of original respondent No.1 Sau. Muktabai Sona Chavan, who expired on 27.04.2022. The applicants, in support of said contention, have filed photocopy of death certificate of deceased Sau. Muktabai Sona Chavan on record which is at Exh. '

A' . On perusal of the death certificate, it is revealed that respondent No.1 expired on 27.04.2022. and the present Civil Application came to be moved on 23.06.2022 which is definitely within limitation period. 2.

Thus, considering the above facts and also by virtue of provisons under Chaper II Rule 3 Sub Rule (i), the present civil 10 CA/11711/2022 IN SA/230/2011

application needs to be allowed and same is allowed, accordingly. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from the date of this order.
