In view of the Circular dated 18.6.2015, the grievance of the petitioner as prayed vide prayer clauses B and C does not survive. 3.

Mr.Tele, learned counsel states that it would take some time to decide the validation proceedings.

Considering above, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent No.3 Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the Tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within one (1) year. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.
