The learned AGP submits on instructions that the order sought to be reviewed, has already been implemented by the Deputy Director of Education. The proposal of the original petitioners is decided on its own merits by passing a fresh order.

The learned Advocate for the original petitioners submits that as the fresh order is not to the satisfaction of the petitioners, they intend khs/Jan.2023/138

- 2 - to file fresh writ petitions for challenging those orders. 3.

In view of the above, the review petitions are rendered infructuous and stand disposed off, since the original petitioners desire to file a fresh petition for challenging the order passed by the Authority pursuant to the directions of this Court.
